Tai Chi courses - new terms
The courses are suitable for beginners. All levels attend.
We are taking beginners into class every 6 weeks, if space is available.
Please sign up for newsletter if you want to join us in future.

We run classes throughout the year, except for some Bank Holidays.
If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up during the course in any of these locations. No carry-on policy.
Please notify the instructor if you have any physical issues which may affect your participation in class.
