Tai Chi courses - new terms
The courses are suitable for beginners. All levels attend.
We are taking beginners into class every 6 weeks, if space is available.
We don't take bookings yet for April terms. Please sign up for our newsletter and we will keep you posted once we start taking bookings.

We run classes throughout the year, except for some Bank Holidays.
If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up during the course in any of these locations. No carry-on policy.
Please notify the instructor if you have any physical issues which may affect your participation in class.
