Whilst recognising that a certain amount of stress can be motivational, it is also true that individuals cope and manage pressure differently.

Stress-related tension can lead to bad decision-making, mistakes, difficult working relationships and absenteeism.

The ability to identify and manage stress in the workplace will improve productivity.

Applied Tai Chi principles: will assist you to manage your own stress more effectively by recognising triggers and will teach techniques to diffuse tension.

Benefits of Tai Chi

Tai Chi stretches and improves the individual both inside (in the way they think, feel about themselves) and outside (in the way they communicate with others) to help them become a more dynamic and positive part of an organisation…

Tai Chi gives you a feeling of ‘relaxed alertness’ so when confronted with anything stressful you are able to deal with it pragmatically while being mentally centred.
