With any practice tip, it is worth exploring it for a number of weeks. Recently we've been attempting to infuse a thread of the state that we find in Chi Kung through to form practice. 

This week we are looking at taking a moment to settle into each of the exercises before we begin. Go through the list before beginning each exercise - 

1) weight on the heart of the foot

2) tailbone lengthening down towards the floor, let the belly go

3) centre of the head to the ceiling
